Xopus compatibility with IE 8

Hello,
One of our customers uses IE 8 with Xopus 3.2.22, but he obtains the message: “Xopus could not start Xopus only runs in Internet Explorer 6, 7 and 8 on Windows 2000 and up. We apologize for the inconvenience“ Does Xopus 3.2.22 have full support of IE 8? How can our customer get information of he’s configuration? Is it a problem with MSXML? Do you have a workaround? You try to use compatibility mode and see if it will work. We will have to check into this. It could be that either Xopus 3 is supposed to work without compatibility mode, that it triggers compatibility mode for IE7, or neither.
