Implemented the role 'inline-object' to differentiate between inline text formatting element and inline objects, such as footnotes. The most significant effect of this role is that deleting inline objects will also cause the elements contents to be deleted. Backspacing over elements without content or having this role will now no longer work, as they are not marked as inline elements. Ctrl+Backspace can be used to delete these elements instead. Fixed an issue where lookups weren't closed when using deprecated ways of adding a value. (Case 241688)
