Other known issues

There are a number of circumstances under which Xopus will not work, or cause other problems. If you encounter a problem with Xopus, feel free to email this to xopussupport@sdl.com. We will resolve any bugs that may be found in Xopus.

Some issues however have no solution. These issues often occur in conjunction with plugins for Internet Explorer. The following issues are known to us:

• Xopus crashes when opened in the first tab of Internet Explorer 7 on a pc that has the HP Credential Manager IE add-on installed.

• The Snagit may also cause similar problems.

• The Mindjet Mindmanager may also cause similar problems.
