Local and Global Configuration

Xopus 3 used two types of configuration files: one for settings that can only be set before Xopus is started, one for the settings that can vary from document to document.

The global configuration resides in the file config/global-config.xml. The global configuration uses a different namespace from the local configuration: http://www.xopus.com/xmlns/global-config.
